A type of equipment that is specifically used to load and unload heavy, large freight containers is referred to as a container forklift. Use a Pneumatic Forklift
Pneumatic forklifts are common in warehouse and shipping operations. Also called pallet trucks or pump trucks, they are used to transport materials and products around on wooden pallets utilizing metal forks that are mounted on a wheeled counterweight. The counterweight has a pump which raises the forks off the ground. A pallet truck is intended to be operated by a single person.
To avoid loosing control while lifting heavy loads, pallet trucks must always be operated carefully. Equipment should be checked prior to operating. Clear the wheels area of any obstructions. Make certain that the handle could smoothly turn. The pallet must be stacked carefully to ensure that nothing will fall off during transportation.
To be able to lower the forks and release air in the pump, squeeze the lever located on the inside of the metal loop on the end of the pallet truck's handle. The forks could then be pushed into the pallet slots. The forks should be in the middle in order to ensure even distribution of the pallet's weight across them. Lift the forks from the ground by pumping the handle of the pneumatic lift until the pallet has cleared the ground completely. Do not lift the pallet very high or the forklift could unbalance.

Lastly, remove the forks from the pallet by pulling them out. Return the pallet truck to its permanent place.
