Reconditioning Method
Each and every Skyjack machinery prior to disassembly will be carefully checked with all safety bulletins and outstanding updates. Prior to being thoroughly prepped for painting, all weldments are closely checked for any defects.
Skyjack's Recon Division has all of the necessary equipment needed to perform a high quality, professional paint job. They provide a state of the art blasting booth as well as a complete paint line and oven.
Each and every Skyjack machinery is carefully reassembled in order to meet original OEM standards. The following parts are replaced with brand new parts: 110V outlet, the hydraulic fluids, filters and hoses, joystick controllers and the main electrical cables and main control. Moreover, every unit is given new batteries, tires and battery cables and worn pins and bushings are replaced.
The 2nd and 1st tiers have a load capacity of 90,000 lbs, the TXLC-974 in the 4th and 3rd tiers provides an eighty five thousand lbs load capacity. These units provide a ninety seven inch center of load. When at one hundred six inch center of the load, the TXLC-974 capacity is 82,000 pounds in the 2nd and 1st tiers and in the 4th and 3rd tiers it is still rated at 80,000 pounds.
